Global membership formed 17/12/2017 the only proactive club for Ford final run out model of the Ford Capri. In December 1986 they produced a 1038 capri280 cars to end 18 years of Capri production. All were exported from the Niehl factory, in Koln, Germany to be sold only in the UK.
The capri280 Group is the only proactive club for the 280. Membership costs just £10 per year. We attend the Classic Car and Restoration shows at the NEC, Capri and Classic Car shows in the UK and Europe. We are organising our own 35th Anniversary event for the capri280 at the BMM at Gaydon Warwickshire in July 2022.
